This is a dedicated website to my Master's thesis examining the early colonial maps of New England. I have included over a dozen maps from 1580 to 1755 searching for what cartographers chose to include and, more importantly, chose to exclude from their published maps.

I currently live on lands located within N’Dakinna, which is the traditional ancestral homeland and waterways of the Abenaki, Pennacook, and Wabanaki Peoples, past and present. I acknowledge and honor with gratitude the land, waterways, and the Aln8bak (humans) who have stewarded N’Dakinna throughout the generations.
